Refund policy

Effective date: September 15, 2026

Ahhday Vault sells digital PDF guides, workbooks, planners, and downloadable resources. Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed.

We may consider a refund or replacement when:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• The download link does not work.
• The file is corrupted or materially different from the product description.
• A technical issue prevents access and we cannot resolve it.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase through the Ahhday Vault Contact page. Include the email address used at checkout, your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not include private medical, financial, or other sensitive personal information.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind after downloading or accessing a product.
• Failure to read or use the guide.
• Incompatibility with a device or PDF reader that does not support the file.
• Personal outcomes or results that differ from expectations.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Ahhday Vault reserves the right to evaluate each request fairly and may update this policy as the store’s products and delivery systems change.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
